Q: I am a solo traveller, is this OK?
A: Absolutely. Most of our guests are solo travellers.

I have never done yoga/pilates before, is this OK?
A: Absolutely. Our professional teachers are able to adapt all exercises for all levels so if you have never taken part before that is fine.

I have an added injury, is this OK?
A: Absolutely. We can adapt all activities in case of injuries, and even give exercises to help with rehabilitation of injuries.

I have special dietary requirements, is this OK?
A: Absolutely. Our Nutritional therapist can work with all dietary requirements. Just let us know at the time of booking.

Do you provide transfers from the nearest train station?
A: Absolutely. Either one of our team will collect you or we will arrange Taxi transfers.

Is there internet access?
A: Due to the nature of the retreat we believe that internet access is not necessary for the duration of your stay. However this can be discussed if you feel it is essential.

What do I need to bring?
A: Yourself and some comfortable clothes for the classes! oh and some walking trainers/shoes if you want to explore the countryside. Maybe an umbrella or a raincoat (this is England), and a note book.
