The course cost includes all activities available at the retreat, accommodation and all delicious meals during your stay. Travel to the accommodation is not included in the price.
Accommodation is sole occupancy unless otherwise stated as shared. Special diets can be catered for, but you must inform us of your requirements at the time of booking.
Participants must be over 18 years of age, unless discussed before hand with a parent or guardian.
All accommodation is non-smoking inside the premises.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required for each course. This deposit is taken upon course booking, with the remaining balance either being paid upon booking or taken 4 weeks prior to the start of the course. If the course is booked less than 4 weeks in advance the full amount will need to be paid when booking.
Travel Insurance/health Insurance:
We recommend you take out travel insurance in case you need to cancel your holiday due to illness, family bereavement or any other circumstances out of your control.
If you need to cancel the course after paying the deposit, this deposit can be transferred to another course or another person (to be used within a 12 month period of the original course booked) but cannot be refunded.
If you cancel less than four weeks before the start of the course having paid the balance, a 50% refund of the full balance will be given, but none of the deposit will be returned.
If you cancel within one week of the start of the course, no refund will be given. We suggest you take out your own insurance in case you have to cancel through illness or other unforeseen circumstances.
Your personal information and data will never be sold or passed onto any third party, though your private medical records may be shared with other practitioners if deemed necessary for class participation.
